By accessing or using the Noah platform operated by Pilot Alpha Labs, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

Noah is an AI executive assistant platform. Access to Noah is by application only and is granted at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application.

Messaging Terms (SMS / RCS)

If you opt in to receive messages from HeyNoah (Noah) via SMS or RCS, you may receive messages related to scheduling/rescheduling, calendar holds, reminders, and account notifications and service updates.

• Message frequency: Varies based on your requests and usage.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Help / Customer Care: Reply HELP for help or email hello@heynoah.io.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel. After you opt out, you will not receive further SMS/RCS messages unless you opt in again. Reply START to resubscribe (where supported).

If you choose to use Noah on WhatsApp, you may receive messages related to scheduling/rescheduling, holds, reminders, and account notifications.

• Message frequency: Varies based on your requests and usage.
• Messaging charges: WhatsApp messages may be subject to carrier/data charges depending on your plan.
• Help / Customer Care: Email hello@heynoah.io.
• Opt-out: You can stop WhatsApp messages by replying STOP in WhatsApp (where supported) or by requesting that we disable WhatsApp messaging for your account.

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:
